RETURN POLICY—please read before completing your purchase
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do NOT do refunds or exchanges on fabrics or trims unless we don’t have the amount of yardage you ordered. Be sure of your purchase before ordering by purchasing swatches or one yard cuts. (Dye lots can vary slightly from roll to roll.)
If we don’t have the amount of yardage in-stock that you ordered, we will contact you to see if you would prefer getting a refund OR waiting until we can get more of the fabric from the manufacturer. We will let you know the approximate time frame to obtain more of your fabric. (Manufacturers give us their best estimate on the arrival time, but delays do happen because of various factors.)
If there is any problem with the fabric or trim you have received because of manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We inspect all fabrics and trims before shipping, so we don’t expect any problems, but we will address your concerns immediately.
Some fabrics such as silks will have slubs which are not considered flaws. Computer images do not always represent color accurately.
We complete personalized monogram orders according to your specifications, so please be sure to follow instructions carefully when filling in your information.
SHIPPING AND TAX POLICY
We ship your orders by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You will be able to see the shipping cost before placing your order.
We can ship to your workroom or upholsterer. Just fill out their address in the shipping information.
Memo samples ship by USPS First Class Mail.
Orders shipped outside of Alabama will not be subject to sales tax.
Orders ship from the store on weekdays only. Orders do not ship on holidays. Normal shipping time on in-stock items is approximately 3-5 business days, 8-10 days for personalized orders.
